Outdated Google Business Profile Affecting My Reviews 

One of the most common reasons for missing reviews in Google is inaccurate information on your profile. This could include an outdated address, business name, or missing critical information.

Inaccurate or outdated information may prevent customers from leaving a review, so if they aren't showing up on your profile, chances are they aren't being left.

Do I Have a Duplicate Profile on Google?

A duplicate profile makes it difficult for Google to know where the “real” information lives, so a double profile will prevent customers from leaving reviews on Google. Addressing this issue ASAP and ensuring only one profile for your business exists. 

Has your business moved recently? If so, this could also affect Google reviews. If your business moves but keeps the same name, Google may not automatically move the reviews to your new location. To remedy this, you can use Google’s form to report issues.
